I’m highly stressed and angry at the fact that one my family members threw away contents with my personal information. Almost everything I have was in the bag, and they mistaked it for trash. My bank account statements, school information, pin number, addresses, and social security were all contained inside the bag.
Now, what the fuck am I suppose to do?!?!?
I have an identity theft plan and nothing else. Is there anyway to change my social security? bank account? or anything to protect my identity. 2009 so far has been fucked up for me.
First calm down. You can put your account on fraud alert through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free # 1-800-680-7289. They will notify the other 2 bureaus and it must be renewed every 90 days in order to keep it active. As far as your social security, they also have a fraud dept. Their toll free 1-800-269-0271. You can cancel all your cards and pin number. As stated, in most cases it’s in the trash but if it would make you feel safer, then do it and have a good nights sleep
