How much time can my husband get he has thirteen felony Identity theft charges against him in dekalb county ga . This is his first offense .

13 first offenses….oh well, if you are going to go, go big.

Depending on what the conditions are, he could be looking at 5-6 years easy. Just not enough info here to tell
